Data Deletion Instructions for Moda.ug

At Moda.ug, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you would like to delete your account, remove your data, or disconnect your information from our systems, you can follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion via Facebook / Meta Login

If you used your Facebook account to log in, interact, or connect with Moda.ug, you can remove our app's access to your data directly through your Facebook account settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook account Settings & Privacy and click on Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the Your activity section and click on Apps and Websites.

  3. Locate Moda UG in the list of active or expired apps.

  4. Click Remove to revoke our access and delete your connection.

  5. Depending on your preference, you can also check the box to delete all posts, photos, and videos that Moda UG published on your timeline.

How to Request Direct Deletion from Our Database

If you have placed orders, signed up for our mobile app, or interacted with our customer service via WhatsApp and wish to have your personal data permanently wiped from our active databases, please contact us directly:

  • Email Us: Send a request to our support team at admin@moda.ug with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

  • What to Include: Please provide the email address, phone number, or account details associated with your orders or WhatsApp interactions so we can locate your record.

  • Processing Time: Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, excluding any transactional records we are legally required to retain for tax or accounting purposes.
